Depending on how your system is configured, you may be notified of an outbound call request.  Once the request has been accepted, you'll be placed in a reserve state and the color coded status box will change to yellow and display reserved.

When your call is connected to the customer, your phone will enter a ringing state.

Depending how your system is configured, you may receive a single indication and auto answer

Once answered, the outbound calls behaves like any other voice interaction.
