The Connect Client presents a single interface to manage business communications using a Mitel desk phone, computer, or mobile phone. With support for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Collaboration for Web, the Connect client simplifies your day-to-day communications and streamlines your work.
- On the dashboard, click Contacts > Groups.
- On the second pane, click + and select Add Group.
- In the Group Name field, type the group name.
- In the Group Members field, do one of the following:
- Type the contact name and select the contact.
- In the Quick Dialer Search bar, type the contact name or number, and then drag the contact from the search results to the People field.
- Click Create to save the group, or Discard.
