MiCloud Connect - Changing Your Password

The Connect Client presents a single interface to manage business communications using a Mitel desk phone, computer, or mobile phone. With support for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Collaboration for Web, the Connect client simplifies your day-to-day communications and streamlines your work.

Changing the Password

  1. On the dashboard, click the <username> tab.
  2. On the second pane, click ⚙.
  3. Click Account ઋ Login.
  4. Enter:
    • Current password
    • New password
    • Confirm new password
  5. Click Set New Password.
  6. If your password is expired, the password expiry notification appears when you sign in.
    To change the expired password, enter the new password in New password and Retype password fields. Click Save & Login.
