Mitel Connect for Mobile - Install & Sign In

Overview

Mitel Connect for Mobile empowers you to leverage a single converged device for both business and personal communications, and access desk phone and UC capabilities on your smart phone or other mobile device without having to learn a new interface.

Installing Mitel Connect

  • In Google Play or the App Store, download Mitel Connect (formerly ShoreTel)
  • Launch Mitel Connect Application 
  • Enter your email address 
  • Select "MiCloud Connect (Cloud)
  • Select "United States"
  • Click "Next"
  • Enter your password (see note below)
  • Click "Next"
  • Enter your mobile number
  • Click "Sign In"

If your organization has enabled Single Sign On, click the blue "Single Sign On" button.  This will redirect you to your organizations SSO provider (typically Microsoft or Google).  Login using your email address and the same password used for your network or company email.

Calls to your Mitel phone number will now ring on your mobile device via the Mitel Connect App. Dialing out will show your Mitel phone number as caller ID, not your mobile phone number. 

To stop calls ringing into your mobile device:

  • Launch Mitel Connect app
  • Click Settings (gear icon on upper right)
  • Click "Do not ring this device"
