Finding Call Recordings

by Damian Stalls Updated on

Once you have configured access to your recordings you will need to know how to find them.  Recordings are stored in the following structure based on UTC time.

  • YYYY (year)
    • MM (month)
      • DD (day)

Each file is stored with using a file name that the internal system is able to reference.  In order to locate and dowload the recording you need, you will need to retrieve the "inventory.csv" file.  Each directory with audio files contains one.  This file will provide the Caller ID, Date/Time as well as the recording file name.

In the image below, if you were looking for the call that came from (805) 555-4747 on 4/6/2025 you would find that record shown on row 6.  In the last column, we can see the file name is "[email protected]"

Within the CyberDuck application we can select the folder for Day "06" in Month "04" and Year "2025".  Once here we can search the file name in the upper right corner and then download.
