Subscribing and Submitting Cancelation for Premium Courses (Admin)

Instructions

Please see the detailed steps below for subscribing/canceling from premium courses as Company Admin. 

Subscribing to Premium Courses for Company Admins

  1. Login to MyPortal.
  2. Click on "Support> Request Service".
  3. Select "All" Categories. 
  4. Select "Provision Access to MyPortal University".
  5. Accept the Terms.
  6. Sign & Submit the request. 

Canceling from Premium Courses for Company Admins

  1. Login to MyPortal.
  2. Click on "Support> Request Service".
  3. Select "All" Categories. 
  4. Select "Remove Access to MyPortal University".
  5. Accept the Terms.
  6. Sign & Submit the request.
