Please see the detailed steps below for viewing/creating knowledge Base articles within MyPortal. If you are an Admin you can create articles under different categories which can be seen by all the contacts within your organization.
View Articles
Please follow instructions in this article on how to view articles within MyPortal
Manage Articles
- Please follow instructions here to login to MyPortal
- Once logged in click on Company>Knowledge Base sub-menu
- Click on the Add icon to create a new article
- Fill out all the form fields.
- Click on Submit
Newly created article will show under the category selected at the time of creating the article.
- Please follow instructions here to login to MyPortal
- Once logged in click on Company>Knowledge Base sub-menu
- Click on the Edit All icon to edit any article
- Click on Edit icon in the sliding window
- Update necessary fields.
- Click on Submit
Updated article can be previewed by clicking on the article title.
- Please follow instructions here to login to MyPortal
- Once logged in click on Company>Knowledge Base sub-menu
- Click on the Edit All icon to edit any article
- Click on Delete icon in the sliding window
- Confirm if you would like to proceed with deletion
Selected article would be deleted from MyPortal.
