Please see the detailed steps below for viewing knowledge Base articles within MyPortal.
- Login to MyPortal.
- Click on "Company >Knowledge Base".
- All the categories available for your organization with Knowledge Base articles would be displayed on the right side.
- Click on any of the articles available under visible categories.
- A sliding window will appear with the details of the article.
- There is a download button available in the top right if you decide to download the article. Article files are downloaded as pdf only.
Note: Only articles created within MyPortal can be downloaded or viewed within MyPortal. External articles added as URL(s) will open in their own separate window.
