PRR Email Migration

by Damian Stalls Updated on

Starting at 6:00pm on Friday (5/9/25) we will be completing the PRR email migration to Office 365.  During this time we ask that nobody access, send or receive emails during this weekend as there could be inconsistencies between systems.  In addition, we need all the computers to be left powered on in the office, over the weekend so we can re-configure and have ready for you on Monday morning.  If you have a laptop, we would also like these to be left in the office and powered on (and plugged in).

If you are not able to leave your computer powered on & in the office, please open a ticket with the helpdesk ([email protected] / 805-856-1806) on Monday and we will get a technician to update your computer as soon as possible.

Monday Morning

Just before 5:00am PST Monday morning, everyone’s Windows computer and email password will be reset as previously communicated.

After you have logged in and successfully accessed your, you should change your password as soon as possible.

How to Access Email

Your email can be accessed via Outlook on your computer, Outlook Web as well as Outlook Mobile.

Outlook Desktop

Over this weekend we will be reconfiguring everyone’s computer to ensure all users have the correct version of Microsoft Office and that that Outlook is updated to use the new email system.  Nothing special should be required other than launching Outlook just as you normally would.

If you have Outlook installed on a non-managed computer, you will need to remove your old @pacificresourcerecovery.com account and add your new @teamprr.com account.  If you need assistance with this process please open a helpdesk ticket.

Outlook Web

By 5:00am PST Monday morning you will be able to access your email using Microsoft 365 Webmail.  Webmail can be accessed by visiting https://outlook.office365.com.  You can login using your email address ([email protected]) followed by the temporary password previously communicated.
