In order to ensure that phishing simulation emails are successfully delivered to user the following IP addresses, domains and email headers need to be whitelisted within all of your firewalls, security appliances, and any spam filters. If proper whitelisting has not been accomplished, it is possible that the delivery of emails may not be successful.
