Changing Ticket Contact

If you are opening a ticket on behalf of another user it is important to set the other user as the ticket contact.  To change the ticket contact, please complete the following steps:


1. Click on the ticket [Details] tab

2. Click on the "Edit Details" button

3. Click "X" to remove the current contact

4. Search for the new ticket contact to be set

5. Click [Save] to save your changes

Unless your account setup to automatically receive Ticket CC's all future notifications will be sent to the new assigned contact.  Please open a support ticket or contact your account manager to request Ticket CC's for your account.
